IEC4 is organized by the Faculty of Engineering at IUG in association with national and international institutions. It will be held during 15-16 of October 2012. As 21^st century is witnessing huge continuous advancement, the timing of IEC4 is significant. There is a need to alert researchers to the current diverse Engineering developments. The main facet of IEC4 is to promote researchers concern with modern engineering technology and develop their practical research to fulfills the 21^st century demands.

   IEC4 will offer a suitable scientific and competitive environment for presenting researches. It will serve and develop different engineering areas within the current huge advancement. The Conference aims at providing researchers, academicians, students, industry managers and professionals with the state-of-the-art in practical engineering development. The theme of the Conference will reflect current advanced development in Civil, Environment, Architecture, Electricity, Computer, Industry, Mechanics and Information Technology.

   All papers submitted to IEC4 will be peer-reviewed by local and international professionals. Acceptance will be primarily based on originality and contribution to the knowledge. The Conference will be held in conjunction with a national engineering exhibition.
